Responsibilities

Acquire and develop new B2B and retail FMCG customer accounts through outbound telesales and telemarketing campaigns.
Manage repeat order replenishment, resolve customer queries, and achieve monthly sales volume targets.
Coordinate closely with warehousing and logistics teams for stock availability and prompt delivery scheduling.

Requirements

Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales within FMCG or wholesale distribution.
Excellent verbal communication, phone negotiation skills, and customer service orientation.
Ability to handle sales administration, CRM/order logging, and target-driven pipeline management.

Salary / Context

Rp 4,000,000 – Rp 6,000,000 per month
