Drive achievement of noodle and culinary sales targets across assigned distribution territories in Papua.
Supervise local stock points, monitor warehouse inventory levels, and ensure distribution coverage.
Implement and evaluate field promotional programs, monitor trade spend, and coach distributor sales teams.

Requirements

Proven sales supervisory experience in FMCG food categories, preferably with packaged consumer goods.
Experience managing distributors, stock points, and field teams across Papua or eastern Indonesia.
Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and ability to execute territory growth plans in remote markets.
