Responsibilities

Lead sales of FMCG and healthcare consumables across Corporate, General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and HORECA channels.
Manage revenue targets, customer acquisition, account development, and distributor coordination.
Oversee sales administration, payment collection, and field team performance.

Requirements

Demonstrated sales supervisory experience in FMCG, medical devices (ALKES), or healthcare consumables in Indonesia.
Strong channel knowledge across General Trade, Modern Trade, and HORECA accounts.
Proven track record in target achievement, customer relationship management, and sales reporting.

Salary / Context

Rp 6,000,000 – Rp 9,000,000 per month
